Mapzone Geocoding API (Philippines) - Google-compatible (1.0.0)

Contract for the PH geocoding service (geocoding-sys-phl) as called by the LiveMap BFF (LiveMap:Geocoding). Compatible with Google's Geocoding API + Places API (Autocomplete, Place Details): HTTP is always 200 with a JSON body, errors are reported in the status field.

Required rules:

• No redirects (any 3xx becomes an error).
• The body is forwarded as-is to the public demo page: it must never contain a key, the original URL/query, a stack trace, or an internal host.
• Results are deterministic for the same input and may be cached by path + query.
